Public Comments Received by the Oklahoma ABLE Commission Regarding Implementation of SQ792

Last week the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Law Enforcement (ABLE) Commission held its first in a series of meetings to solicit comments and recommendations from industry and the public on the implementation of the alcohol modernization legislation overwhelmingly approved by the voters in November of 2016.

This process will conclude and the rules will go into effect as scheduled on October 1st of this year.

Organizations submitting comment included the Oklahoma Restaurant Association, the Beer Distributors of Oklahoma, the Oklahoma Grape Council, and others.
